How we work?
We use multiple methods in finding the right candidate. From our extensive database of quality checked and interviewed candidates, our advertisements in the top oil and gas job boards (including client branding adverts which can be designed in-house by our own highly skilled design team), to our executive search and selection process. However, we have found the most successful method to be referrals, the people we know in the industry. Permanent Recruitment
Our approach to permanent recruitment is split into three levels of service:
- Contingency: using our extensive database and advertisements. This can be in competition with other recruiters or exclusively (at reduced cost) with access to other assessment tools.
- Advertised selection: using branded advertising campaigns.
- Executive search and selection/ Retained Assignment: exclusive search and selection incorporating all recruitment methods with detailed reports on candidates targeted. This can include our Thomas Profiling, a quick psychometric tool that is excellent as an aide for interview and is published by Thomas International.

At Perpetual Oil and Gas we believe that speed of service should not compromise quality. Therefore with certain positions we may be able to supply a candidate from our wider group to meet an immediate need giving sufficient time to find the right candidate.
